Ordering bot on WhatsApp
A WhatsApp bot for the butcher shop. Customers pick from a menu or write freely, and AI turns it into an order.
The challenge
Most of the butcher shop's orders came in as WhatsApp messages written in every possible way, and someone at the counter had to read, clarify, and retype each one.
What I built
- 01
Menus with buttons and lists
Customers pick a category — beef for grilling or braising, veal, chicken, turkey, lamb, deli, or a holiday package — then a cut and a quantity, straight from WhatsApp lists and buttons.

Free text that AI understands
A customer can also just write what they want. The AI turns it into an order draft, and asks a short question when something is unclear instead of guessing.

Easy to move around
"Menu" goes back to the start, "back" goes one step back, and "cart" shows what's already in the order — at any point in the conversation.
- 04
Confirmed before it's sent
The customer approves the full order before it reaches the shop, and gets prep tips for the cuts they ordered.
