  • Can the bot make mistakes?

    Yes, like any system. That's why it's built to ask a clarifying question when something is unclear, hand off to a person when needed, and ask for confirmation before important actions like placing an order.

  • Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?

    For an automated bot — yes. I guide the setup with an approved provider, including number and template approval.

  • Which AI model do you use?

    Whichever fits the task and budget — Gemini, OpenAI or Claude. The system is built so the model can be swapped without a rebuild.

  • What about customer privacy?

    Only the information a task needs is sent to the model, data stays in your accounts, and tool access is limited to the minimum permissions.
