The challenge

Every quarter the procurement team renegotiates prices on thousands of parts with dozens of suppliers. Each round is a pile of emails and spreadsheets, and every buyer negotiates a little differently.

What I built

1. 01

   An agent that runs the rounds

   For every part and every round the agent picks a tactic — cost breakdown demand, volume consolidation, competitive pressure and more — based on the supplier's behavior, the price trend, and the bundle.

2. 02

   The team stays in control

   Each round lands in a review screen with the target, the offer, the gap, and the agent's recommendation. Nothing goes out to a supplier until a buyer approves it.

3. 03

   Catches suspicious offers

   A price that is wildly off target is flagged as a likely unit, currency, or decimal error, and the agent drafts a clarification request instead of negotiating on a mistake.

   Agent Brain

   The playbook, learned patterns, standing rules, and decision history in one place. Buyers edit tactics in plain language and see how often they accept each one.
