The challenge

A 48-residence development by the sea needed buyers to find the right unit on their own — and the developer, who already had a sister site, wanted its own distinct identity.

What I built

1. 01

   Floor plans per unit

   Every residence has a floor plan, with filters to narrow down the options and a PDF to download for each unit.

2. 02

   Its own look

   A river-blue and deep-teal palette with serif headlines taken from the brochure, on the same component architecture as the sister site.

3. 03

   Content in one place

   All the copy, images, and contact details live in a single config, so updating the site never means hunting through the code.

4. 04

   Enquiries and admin

   An enquiry form with an email confirmation to the buyer, a submissions inbox, and image upload from the admin.
