Owl Market
B2B ordering portal and marketplace operations
The system a wholesale business runs on. Sales agents, buyers, and the warehouse handle orders in one place, and marketplace orders from Super-Pharm and Wolt arrive in the same system.
The challenge
A wholesale business was taking orders by phone and WhatsApp, typing them into iCount, and handling marketplace orders from Super-Pharm and Wolt in separate dashboards. Agents in the field had no up-to-date view of stock or customers.
What I built
- 01
One screen per role
Sales agents see their customers and create orders, buyers order from the catalog and track their own orders, and the warehouse sees what needs to go out. Admins manage users and sync.
- 02
Connected to iCount
Customers, products, and stock sync from iCount, and the sales dashboard is built on the real iCount documents.
- 03
Marketplaces in the same system
Orders from Super-Pharm and Wolt land next to every other order, and the menu and prices on the marketplaces stay in sync automatically.
- 04
Shipping and the warehouse
Courier shipments through Chita and UPS, pickup points, a delivery route map, and barcode scanning straight from the phone.
- 05
Automations that run on their own
Stock refreshes from iCount every hour, Super-Pharm orders and customer messages are pulled every few minutes, Wolt orders that slipped through are accepted again, and documents are reconciled against iCount — no one has to press a button.
- 06
Owl Tools and monitoring
A back-office tool where the admin schedules sync jobs, applies supplier import files to iCount, and creates products missing in iCount from the Konimbo store. A monitor checks that every job is still running and sends an email alert when something stops.
