A chat assistant that answers procurement questions — prices, suppliers, forecasts — in plain language.
The challenge
Answering a simple question — what are our biggest cost drivers, what will we save next year — meant pulling data from BOMs, audits, forecasts, and RFQs, and usually waiting for someone who knew where everything was.
What I built

Questions in plain language
Ask about cost trends, projections, RFQs, quotes, or suppliers, and get an answer with tables, a per-quarter breakdown, and the key drivers.

Grounded in real data
The agent reads the live procurement data — BOMs, audits, projections, RFQs — and shows which tools it called for every answer.

Read-only by design
The agent only reads. It never changes data, so anyone on the team can use it safely.

Users and roles
An admin screen for users and permissions, and saved conversations to come back to.
